Innovation Food & Event Experience
Design&food.house originates as project and a centre for applied research to novelty and fruition of consumption and hosting.
Design&food.house defines and develops events, delivers conceptual design around emotion linked locations, areas, atmospheres, and food. An Experience Design that drives an event to the outreach of more senses, welcoming within a single dinner emotions associating or puzzling occurrences around a unique artistic experience.
Food.house provides its culinary consultancy through the combination of an acquired food and gastronomic research and creative concept to customized “food events” and “taste experience designs”. D&food.house hypmotize its guests by enticing their eyes, delighting their taste buds, and feeding their soul. We create, elaborate or re-elaborate offers where the atmosphere soars to a tale where the participant is active yet guided by fairy-tale like characters, on a roller-coaster of emotions and taste.
The Centrality of the senses, the Culture of Food and of the Project are the ingredients of a Creativity that is mostly Urgency. A Signature in which Design directs every research, recipe and solution to the discovery of new Conviviality and Experiments of food modernity.

We played between word and craft, the letter S is Fil Ruouge of our vision design. Intertwining and a conceptual map resulting from the activity of these years and the insatiable desire to draw hidden and original stories. We present Creative expressions with strong roots in culture, Tradition and innovation that come together in a complete sensorial experience.

Post-Graduate from Sant’Anna / Normale in Pisa in Creative Management and Innovation and from POLI.design, Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano in Food Experience Design. Having acquired extensive knowledge and experience trough her role as F&B and Event Manager for Supperclub Italia, has developed a vast network within the tourist, hôtellerie, and gastronomic fields, conducting and organizing training and experience conventions with an international framework.
