Innovation Food & Event Experience
As part of a New Idea of Hospitality, Food House was created firstly as design platform for Food and related ideas, and then it was established as a place for applied research on the new and possible forms of its use and consumption.
Food House, therefore, takes care of the conception, design and development in the field of food related events and of the conceptual and product design regarding places, spaces, atmospheres, emotional installations that host these events.

For Designfood.house Experience&Food Design create experimental tasting interventions are to be understood as real ‘gashes of time’ in which one can have a moment to regenerate oneself, and in which the audience should have to dwell in order to take time out.
House to eat
The goal is to enhance the identity through the typical Italian Gusto/ taste: a taste that is accustomed to share, in the sense of being always fully inclusive, through participation; and that produces and provides accurate information and good products too; a taste specially designed to promote the various modus cibandi possible and, last but not least, to investigate new culinary experiences in to the lens of a judicious mix of flavors and territory.
